I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ALcontrol (Conwy, Wales) in Apr 2017
Interview
Telephone screen with one Natalie Madoc-Jones which lasted about 20 minutes if I recall. As described by her, the role amounted to a basic data entry position, a part time one at that, so why the company felt the need for a two-stage process is anyone's guess. Interviewer and myself had an adequate rapport all told, in spite of the frankly bizarre line of questioning outlined elsewhere in this review. Nobody from the company bothered to get in touch subsequently, and coupled with the overall jaded tone of the interview I am not left with a good impression of this company and its culture whatsoever.

Question 1
"Do you not think you'll be bored doing this job?" was one that particularly stands out.
Asked 20 questions. Questions were about what I knew about the field of microbiology and the lab tests that were done, also what i knew about the company etc. then there were some general questions about why i am suitable for the job and any relevant previous work experience i have had.
