Great Company - Account Manager AMG Solutions Employee Review

The manager and leaders recognize you for the work you do. I have never felt more supported than I did with AMG. Thank you for the incredible experience! Other jobs I've worked at have mediocre culture if any but working with this team is so enjoyable. The work is hard but so is anything that is worth it. If you just want to be lazy don't work here. But if you have goals and are willing to work for them you'll find yourself in the right place here!

Driving in Houston traffic is not fun.

Working for this company has been such a positive experience for me. I started with the company late last year back in Greensboro, NC and learned a lot from the mentors and other leaders in the office. It felt great knowing I helped build up the office and expand to a much nicer and larger office space in Downtown Greensboro. When the opportunity to promote out to a new territory came, I was eager to go! Of course staying in my comfort zone sounded a lot less scary, but the opportunity sounded even more exciting! Since then I moved with the company to Houston, TX where I've helped build the new office from the ground up. We have a great environment and a very positive group of people that we work with ever day. I truly enjoy what I do each and every day. I get to mentor other people with the same or similar goals and work together to achieve them. I couldn't ask for a better career.

As a single mother of two, it took some adjusting to a changing work schedule, but I love the fact that I always have time to spend with my family while the sun is still up! Some times people forget why they started an adventure. It's not always about the instant satisfaction that society has come to expect. Sacrificing a little time, with hard work, this job will lead to much bigger and better things quickly, if you don't lose sight of why you started.
