Pros
Time at AND started off really strong, although immediately the client portfolio was clearly not what was promised. But the culture was decent and people were great.
Cons
The company has messed up on every step of the way through adverse market conditions. The value proposition is weak/unclear and has failed to land them clients, and they've been squeezed out by tech-savvy competitors. The rolling redundancies have been a joke and they are suffering the very, very obvious consequences of artificially stimulated growth during an uncertain economy. Those who were not made redundant were left with backpedalling on promises, freezes on progression, and a rollback of benefits.
