Pros
By far the best company I've worked for. They are truly a people-first organisation, with a great culture for encouraging feedback and a growth mindset. For the most part, people are truly there to support each other and help you grow, and the work-life balance is great for this type of organisation/industry. I like how each club (office) has the autonomy to run as it needs, with appropriate central support and guidance. Newer clubs run with a start-up feel which I love, and ANDis are encouraged to share their views in his to improve their club for all from both professional and personal perspectives. The work is interesting, but like other professional service companies, you can gel with some clients better than others.
Cons
We try to match ourselves with clients who have a similar culture or real desire to adopt the culture we have at AND. However, occasionally that is not the case, which can make it harder to do a good job.
