Pros
WFH, unlimited PTO (however you can't take any time off the last 3 months of the year and will be scolded for taking too many days), lots of young people, work with big clients, use a Mac
Cons
You will be expected to work late nights and weekends, very hostile work environment since everyone is overworked and only cares about themselves, most account leads give little to no guidance and expect you to read their minds and know their expectations without communicating them, countless meetings with no time for actual work, etc. (the list goes on and on). They are currently letting people go left and right. In my opinion, the CEO is in denial about the current state of the economy so blames layoffs on "poor performance" when in reality they just aren't signing on enough work and he doesn't want to accept that.
