Toxic workplace, don't bother wasting your time

Pros

no pros to add, this was the biggest waste of time and worst overall job I've ever had in my career

Cons

- workplace politics and favoritism make it a hostile work environment. people will talk down to you, nitpick and micromanage, and talk behind your back. most leadership is made up of corporate shills with large egos who you can't voice your opinions or thoughts to - only negative feedback and criticism is given with no recognition of any work you put in - no job stability, people hired and fired left and right within a few months as business outlook is dire to say the least. company is struggling to find new clients and is pushing people out - no work life balance. you're expected to work late, work on weekends, and work on the plane or airport while you travel, even if it's for a personal trip and not during work travel. as other reviews mentioned, unlimited pto is a lie and there are three months of a block out period at the end of the year. you're discouraged from taking more than 2 weeks of total time off and requested pto is often disapproved. you are expected to change your travel plans when that happens, even if you lose money from booked travel. - no room for growth. you're discouraged and belittled from pursuing any role or responsibility you're interested in, and put down in general - no functioning hr department

Pros

WFH, unlimited PTO (however you can't take any time off the last 3 months of the year and will be scolded for taking too many days), lots of young people, work with big clients, use a Mac

Cons

You will be expected to work late nights and weekends, very hostile work environment since everyone is overworked and only cares about themselves, most account leads give little to no guidance and expect you to read their minds and know their expectations without communicating them, countless meetings with no time for actual work, etc. (the list goes on and on). They are currently letting people go left and right. In my opinion, the CEO is in denial about the current state of the economy so blames layoffs on "poor performance" when in reality they just aren't signing on enough work and he doesn't want to accept that.

Pros

They have weekly catered meals on Thursday, Apple Laptops, and Work Flexibility

Cons

Overall I would not advice you work here. The B2B demand generation solution they are trying to promote is a hard sell and as a result maintaining clients is difficult. Very few move onto implementation phase. You'll work long hours with little reward. In addition to this, the higher leadership does not do a good job of running the company financially. They keep promoting how much business growth there is, but when you look at the employee count and firings done, it is further from the truth.
