      Pros

      Settled down post merger now and feels like one company and one team. Great offices. Talented people in lots of areas and generally supportive and people happy to help and are approachable. Plenty of free parking. Hybrid working. Diverse.

      Cons

      Able people end up doing the lions share. Some people work harder than others but that can happen anywhere. Own line manager not a good communicator but generally huge amount of comms about the business and the strategy. Same people and faces picking things up time and again which is very draining.
