      Pros

      - If you have the right manager you will love the team you are in. - people are great if your not management of some sort. - WFH is the only good thing helps give you a a life outside of this work.

      Cons

      - Too many managers/SLT - progression is hard as they employ so many people your can’t really move up and even then they employ externally for that senior role not allowing you to have opportunities
