Pros

Great team/organisational culture, plenty of opportunities to learn & develop with support, lots of new & exciting technologies to work/play with, good range of customers enabling you to see what does/doesn't work & take those lessons to reuse with other customers.

Cons

The pace is quite intense, it feels constantly like you're just jumping from fighting one fire to the next, with 2 people trying to do 3 people's workload

Thank you for leaving such a great review. As with the really positive reviews I'll focus on the negatives, if you don't mind. You're right, it is a really fast pace here, our customers and the market demand it. As I've said in some other reviews (some positive, some negative) we need to focus on making sure we keep the focus on managing this pace and intensity better. With that in mind if you would feel comfortable it would be great if you would speak to the management team to get this all tabled in a way we can do something with.
