What was once a fun and vibrant place to work is now a shell of its former self with a team who are fed up and worried. The exec don't seem bothered and are only interested in bottom line. No payrises or training and no comms as to why. New exec team, generally not nice people to work for, unapproachable and cold. Worlds apart from previous leadership who unfortunately abandoned ship and left loyal work force to deal with ehat they started. Very poor communication, lots of smoke and mirrors. They like to stand on camera every month and discuss questions sent in by the business but don't actually answer anything. Talk a lot about strategy but no strategy in place across the business apart from Sales. PDR Reviews put in place... again lots of smoke and mirrors as no suppport, goals or training available to help achieve development goals. Managers can't manage due to restrictions put in place.
