Excellent workplace culture Good balance of work from home and office I worked at ANS for 2 yrs 10 months, and during that time I enjoyed the workplace atmosphere, the staff, the vibes and everything to do with the workplace which is why I rejected a lot of job offers whilst still working there even though I was offered more in terms of salary. There was always a perfect balance of work/life, the perks were good, the holiday allowance was also good, especially with the 5 days carry over onto the next year. I would love to return to ANS one day but only if I know the pay is right and career progression is for sure,
Cons
Salary The one thing I didn't like was the salary, I felt like people weren't getting paid what they were supposed to be paid. If people got paid what they were supposed to be paid, a lot of staff would stay and the redundancy doesn't help with that. career progression aswell, as I was doing a lot of 2nd line/3rd line work in my 1 st line role but I wasn't progressed into the 2nd line which I really wanted along with the salary.
