Pros
pay is not bad compared to other industries but lower than O&G producers WLB is good, Office is dead after 4PM. hybrid working, nice office Just went through a restructure so you will be safe for another 3-5 years
Cons
slow paced work, Lots of red tapes promotion is based on who you know in the company company outlook questionable as they are doubling down on gas. No longer pursuing power tranmission like REZ.
