      Good Learning, You will be an Individual Contributor, making you a better developer. Team Members are good and always helpful

      Cons

      Bad Management. Constant Fear of Layoffs, Constant pressure to get things done, No Proper Sprint Planning, Its more like a Startup culture where you are expected to do changes very quickly and if not get ready to get lectured about the way to work.
