Pros

Family-like atmosphere. No politics. New leadership has brought much needed changes to the organization. Hiring and promoting talented people and moving some of the bad apples who were hurting the work culture out. Great stable customer base. AWESOME facility - don't let the Pacoima address fool you. It doesn't feel like Pacoima. The building is spacious, comfortable and safely tucked away in the hills above the local municipal airport.

Cons

Many internal processes are SERIOUSLY outdated. Hey Arc, the 1980s called, they want their processes back! Ok, maybe that's an exaggeration, but there are so many opportunities to modernize the way we do things around here...its good to see that new leadership recognizes this and is making the needed changes. I just wish they would move a little faster with them! Need to get in your car to find good places to eat - wish something was walkable.

Pros

This review will seem like a extremely biased review from a disgruntled former employee. This is not; this is a very objective review based on personal observations. - Location: very convenient if you live in the San Fernando Valley/Burbank/Glendale area - Diverse business units: Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Production, Sales

Cons

- Limited Career advancement. Often promises that opportunities will be available but will eventually be taken by a direct outside hire or nothing will materialize at all. - Strict quotas - Sales Orders are often placed onto respective employees to complete without any prior notice - Production Employees are often asked to work on holidays, days off. There are even instances where approved PTO (Paid Time Off) have been canceled. - start of work/breaks/lunch periods/end of work are governed by a siren. This gave it a schoolyard feel - for working adults. -
