Pros
Arma is a good steady predictable job for most employees. You show up, do your shift, then you leave. You are contracted out for work, so you rarely see your manager and as long as the customer is happy, you get a good annual review. They provide a free online learning portal that hosts a wide variety of professional development courses that is well done.
Cons
Working hours are very inflexible. If you have a doctor's appointment, are late for work, or need a long lunch break, you are docked for that time even as a salaried employee. If you are scheduled to work and the customer doesn't open that day, you have to take vacation time or sick time or work late or through lunch until you pay back the eight hours that you were locked out of your desk. Same thing for snow days. Time over 80 hours a two week period is not credited to you, so if you worked 120 hours last pay period, and you worked 72 this pay period, you still owe the company 8 hours. This is my only complaint about an otherwise good company to work for.
