Pros
Extremely laid back even fun place to work when I started. They made me feel welcome pretty fast. it was wonderful, I wanted to work there forever. At first they handed knowledge out freely. We even had margarita Fridays! The equipment we had to work with was great! Management was usually quite friendly and willing to be helpful when time off was needed for personal reasons. The Xmas party was good and the coffee was great! Theres a golf course all around the building that we could use. usage of the internet as long as u get your work done. It WAS awesome. a year or so down the line and thing started changing for the worse.
Cons
The Benefits package was basically nonexistant. with insurance going up every year we actually made less the longer we worked there. The insurance was horrible, there were no raises, no bonuses or rewards of any kind except more work. They'd rather hire part time help and cut longstanding loyal employees to save money. Theres no step ladder for advancement, if your good at what you do thats where you'll stay. Theyed rather hire in new people who know nothing to be in Management positions. The owners really dont care about theyre people. They care more about Going to Spain or how many new Mecedes they can show off in front of their golf course, Private jets, etc.
