Pros
The cons are that I have had a great opportunity to work for an incredible Government Agency and have had the privilege of working with some wonderful and brilliant folks for the past 8 years.
Cons
Have been disappointed to witness the lack of interest in their contracted employees and to see that the bottom line is the only thing that matters to HR and the Owner's of ARTI. There is no support when employees seek assistance with leadership issues and it seems to fall on deaf ears. Lack of compassion or encouragement when there is a need for problem solving. Have witnessed very loyal and dedicated people leave over the last two years.
