    Pros

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at ARTI full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The cons are that I have had a great opportunity to work for an incredible Government Agency and have had the privilege of working with some wonderful and brilliant folks for the past 8 years.

    Cons

Have been disappointed to witness the lack of interest in their contracted employees and to see that the bottom line is the only thing that matters to HR and the Owner's of ARTI. There is no support when employees seek assistance with leadership issues and it seems to fall on deaf ears. Lack of compassion or encouragement when there is a need for problem solving. Have witnessed very loyal and dedicated people leave over the last two years.

    Advice to Management

Get to KNOW your employees and fully understand the skills and capabilities. Stop paying attention to the numbers and gain a better understanding of the work environment and the daily act ivies of your employees. A majority of your employees have been and are loyal people. It would pay ARTI leadership to be loyal to them.

They spelled my name wrong after years of working at the company on my out processing forms. Horrible HR. Just another person in a seat to them. No sense of company.

I worked at ARTI full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You are never bored. They go after a decent amount of solicitations and you have a chance to wear many hats as with most small companies.

    Cons

The work environment is terrible. Not only was I cussed at and screamed at, it was like doing hard time...if you talked to the wrong person, you would get a 'meeting' with management, if you talked to someone too long, you would get a 'meeting' with management. Don't even bother reporting anything to HR- it's like an old boys club...all that will do is get you fired. There is no tree of advancement, most departments if you can even call them that are a straight line, so if you want to advance you better hope your manager retires, quits, gets fired or dies because those are the only ways you will move up. There is a lot of back stabbing in this organization too- more than I've ever seen in my professional career.

    Advice to Management

    Find new management!
