      Pros

      The mission of this association is wonderful. Home office staff, excluding Sr. Director's and Interim Executive Director, is wonderful. Annual Meeting experience is always great with many learning experiences from the event organizational skills perspective.

      Cons

      New leadership is chipping away at the integrity of the mission statement. The new IED practices unethical behavior on a regular basis, from sharing confidential information about other members of staff to spreading unflattering rumors damaging a particular person's reputation. Terrible morale. Much cronyism among IED and Senior Staff members.

      Pros

      The staff are very warm, welcoming, and understand the importance of a work/life balance. People work great together across departments and help out even when it's outside their scope of work. Senior team is easily approachable and understanding when situations arise.

      Cons

      Not the biggest fan of Microsoft Teams but is necessary with a hybrid schedule.
