Pros
If you get to work in a good team the time goes very quickly and you can make good friends. Managers recognise if you are a good worker and you have the opportunity to progress to section leader quickly if you are so inclined.
Cons
The work can be hard physically and working evenings and weekends is not ideal - you have to committ to at least one weekend day to have a job here.
