Pros
Really great flexibility for seasonal workers. Always getting loads of hours and paid very well. They paid me all my leftover holiday pay when I left and I had a great time working for them.
Cons
Working in such a large store means you are limited to work on only one department doing the same stuff every day. Would be more engaging work to move around the store more.
