      Pros

      Excellent training, good prospects for the right employee and good benefits such as 50% off haven holidays

      Cons

      Long hours, average pay for the industry. Section leaders expected to single handedly run the supermarkets with low staff for no additional pay considering the additional responsibility and stress its a little unfair.
