Pros
Some really great people to work with. Reasonable pay, but great flexibility of hours to suit as needed.
Cons
A disproportionate amount of managers have an accountant mentality (or are accountants) and so often it's manage by numbers - which is about the least inspiring leadership you can have! Cultural agenda still driven by the old school people - very little innovation in home office people development, training or engagement
