Pros
The people I worked with were great. Set hours each week, no changing rotas. Most supervisors were fair and treated you well.
Cons
Lack of flexibility due to such rigid rotas so if an emergency happened difficulty in covering you. Lack of over time in my department, in even in run up to xmas. Wages could be better.
