Asda cares about it's people. This particular job was motivating, fast paced, required skill along with good customer skills. Even with the business behind the counter, the job was rewarding as having several tasks to manage simultaneously enabled a high level of responsibility, even for an entry-level role.
Cons
You are required to be multi-skilled outside of your role. For instance, not only working in the photo lab but also trained as a checkout operator, stocking on Home & Leisure.
