Management are the laziest, rudest, least trained people on the planet. They have zero people skills and make the job feel so pointless. They ignore you, talk about you and pull you up for literally nothing despite spending all day in the office drinking gallons of coffee, god help the toilets, and going for unlimited cigarette breaks. Any time spent on the shop floor is usually with hands in the pockets or wheezing laughing on the phone, gossip mongering and moaning.
