ACE - Department Manager ASDA Employee Review

the challenges as ACE CTL (cleaning manager) is the hours our hours are very low and not enough for the job that ASDA wants therefore some times we don't get that much AUDIT score and they always want to as to get 100% but the only problem is that there is no clean as you go what ever happens they just call the ACE to come and do it but they are forgetting that we as ACES have to clean our task before we can help to clean there mess i think that every one knows how to take a brim and a brush and use it , but our store managers wants more and more and more work for the hours that i can offer to my cleaners are not enough i my self have spent my free tme.
