Pros
The Security system they use is excellent it is easy to learn and program. That's it.
Cons
No matching 401k, employees pay more for health benefits than any company I have ever seen and the benefits are just above catastrophic coverage. Corporate takes 90 days or more to bay sub-contractors and vendors which has caused us to lose very good subs and vendors to not ship parts. All customer service is sacrificed the almighty RMR (recurring monthly revenue) even when they know a customer is going to be bad business they would rather get the RMR than do what's right for the customer.
