      -Lots of work hours available. -Easy work. Never questioned about your reports. -Small potential of promotion to site supervisor with exceptional work ethic.

      Cons

      -No additional training. Have your security license? You're hired. -Unreliable working hours. Potential of being replaced on site if you have worked to many hours in a row, regardless of schedule. -Lack of staff, constantly being called to work emergency shifts, irregardless of time.

      The co workers are great

      Cons

      Managers are fake. They pride themselves in not slandering each other but thats all they do to anyone no matter how hard you work. They'll make promises they can't keep and until you confront them they won't tell you different
