Pros
There are none. It is a toxic workplace where you are micro managed to death and everything revolves around the executive team.
Cons
Stop the ET from Micromanging every inch of ASME. Managers have no control to make decisions without constant interference. There is a lot of favoratism and people who are promoted for either doing the ET's jobs for them or kissing up. Benefits are so bad you would be better off going on the state exchange.
