      Pros

      They really care about their employees, Michael is a fantastic CEO who always has time to chat through any inquiries you have. Being a contractor to federal agencies can sometimes be a bit of a thankless job, but ASRT are the best contracting company I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      Not really a con for the company, but as a contractor there is limited room for professional development/growth
