HR and management will gaslight you to always make you feel like your concerns are invalid. They protect the client, not their employees. All concerns of yours need to have evidence of dates and times to be validated, while the client’s word is all they need to discipline you. HR and management both have no clue how you do your job or what goes on, so explaining anything about it is useless. In meetings with them, they’d ask me what certain terminologies meant, but then say I need to do it better.
