      Pros

      Employee centered work place with great benefits and flexibility with a strong commitment to continuing education and employees growth. Average tenure is about 18 years with some working here over 25 years. Extremely solid organization in business for more than 100 years. The long-term tenured employees speaks volumes about working here.

      Cons

      There is no perfect place to work but ASSE comes close.

      Great work life balance, good benefits and nice colleagues

      There is a culture problem at ASSP. People work in silos and do not collaborate across teams. As work changes and we evolve, collaboration is necessary for our survival but people - especially some leaders- are only worried about getting credit for ideas and staying in the favor of the CEO. There are bizarre and questionably ethical dynamics between some members of the executive team. The CEO is aware of these dynamics and seems to turn the other cheek. These dynamics create bad optics when it comes to potential favoritism and advancement opportunities.
