Everything. Employees, no matter where you're located on the globe, suffer from consistent lack of human resources, "spend less, achieve more" to the point where they have to risk their reputation going down the drain as they are forced by the management to negotiate unacceptably low amount of fees with agencies, crazy working hours with no compensation, no training, no career development opportunities. Whatever you expect, expect the worst case scenario possible.
