- No planning - They are not clear - 1000s of layoffs in a min, while I was in the office they laid off 10 employees and the total no. of employees didn't exceed 25 in total before the layoff! - No stability rarely you can find an em employee who completed more than 2 years - No creativity slot, just do what is required and copy past HQ. - no way to give your feedback about the management you will be removed in a min. - Office in full of bullying and no one in the management takes actions - Management level is only Taiwanese, don't be ambitious. - no work-life balance, their jobs are a one-man show for every title.
