As an organization that is in a rapid growth phase, ATCS offers tremendous career growth opportunity. Employees are immediately exposed to responsibility and accountability that they might not get until after 5 years at another firm. This exposure allows them to gain critical business consultant skills well before their peers do outside of ATCS. Consultants are also encouraged to take a larger role in projects, resulting in considerable client face time.
