      Pros

      I do not see any reason why one would want to work for this company.

      Cons

      Many unethical practices are followed by the management. Appraisals are done whenever the CEO feels like it. Pay checks do not arrive on time (most of the times they arrive couple of days late). Upper management uses abusive language and treats you with disrespect. Company business processes are not clear to the employees.

      Pros

      As an organization that is in a rapid growth phase, ATCS offers tremendous career growth opportunity. Employees are immediately exposed to responsibility and accountability that they might not get until after 5 years at another firm. This exposure allows them to gain critical business consultant skills well before their peers do outside of ATCS. Consultants are also encouraged to take a larger role in projects, resulting in considerable client face time. With offices in Beijing, Stuttgart, Mumbai, Jaipur and Montvale, NJ, employees gain an understanding of different cultures, work environments and how global economics can impact different industries and business. It's a fun, flexible and diverse environment where most seem happy to be a part of the team.

      Cons

      The company is still small in some of it's offices, in terms of number of employees, but it does create great relationships among employees.
