More work than employees can reasonably be expected to do during a normal 40 hr workweek, which has led to an impress d expectation of employees working outside their scheduled tour of duty. They can't say that, but not doing so leads to resentment and the perception that you're not a team player. One telework day per week has led to a ton of attrition. Leadership has contributed significantly to that as well. Lots of petty berating of co-workers and subordinates when they think no one is listening, too. And there is an easily recognized and readily definable ceiling for anyone that's not an agent.
