All of the employees at ATI are very committed, and there is generally an atmosphere that fosters independent creativity and innovation. For the short time I worked there, I got to know the developers very well, and everyone was helpful when I was acclimating and eagerly accepted me into the company.

Promises that are never kept. They mislead you in nearly every aspect. Give you CEU benefits but trying to get time off is a huge joke. Corporate is so fake it's nauseating listening to them talk. The joke is that they hire new grads so they can brainwash them and have them drink the special kool aid and they become followers. If they buy your clinic beware you will never be promoted and they will preach all the possibilities of how you can grow with the company. They forget to tell you that only the people they hire are promoted they consider anyone acquired as problems and make your life miserable hoping you quit. Typically all ratings you read that are good are from management. They need some good reviews from someone. Stay away from this company.
