      There are truly no pros to working here.

      Cons

      -Below market salary -Below market bonus / financial incentive (this is also completely discretionary and is not based on any measurable metrics but on the whims of the owner / sole management team member) -Below market benefits (i.e. no dental or vision) -Zero perks -Incompetent management (the management consists of the sole owner) -Poor work environment (office is reminiscent of a prison) -Inconsistent hours with no compensation for overtime -No training -ZERO opportunities for growth, progression -Under-resourced
