      The pros were working with the individuals. They were always a joy to be around.

      Cons

      The entire management was horrible. Very self centered. Made the jobs more difficult for staff members as well as there were a lot of drama that management took part in.

      Management is approachable and gives employees autonomy. Lots of room for growth.

      It’s a non-profit, so pay isn’t great.
