      They really care about people and growth. If you want to explore different career paths, they are supportive. There are great educational and training opportunities. Absher is employee-owned.

      Cons

      Sometimes they value and offer higher wages for new employees, over financially valuing/appreciating longevity and those have been with the company for a while.

      Diverse project list. Good co-workers. Decent Safety Culture.

      Cons

      Salary info is only available if a similar job is advertised, if not good luck finding info internally. Raises are calculated in secret and never explained. Promotions are done haphazardly with no published info for career growth Secret groups of hand picked employees are given "advanced training" and fast tracked to promotions, a system of implied favoritism.
