    Pros

    Family atmosphere; supportive and active culture; room for growth

    Cons

    Not a lot of cons to list here....main office is in Puyallup, WA so the few times a month I need to be there for meetings is an extra few minutes on the road.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing. Maintain your values and culture and core group of great employees.

    Feels like you're treated as a person and not a number
    Departments are friendly; seldom any drama
    Positive work environment

    Cons

    Main office is in Puyallup which is a friendly city but is located near the edge of the Greater Puget Sound area

    None really, management is respectful to its employees and helps create a great company culture.

    Autonomy of career path; family environment; diversity of projects; excellent client and subcontractor based

    Cons

    Main office is in Puyallup; only an issue if you work in Accounting, HR, or Estimating. Rest of staff is project site-based.

    There are always free classes to further your education
    They sponsor several company wide events
    Upper Management is very approachable

    Sometimes you have to commute a bit depending on job site (not really a big issue)
