      Pros

      Work from home. If you were preforming you were left alone to continue to produce your work. Decent pay. Internet Stipend

      Cons

      Distributel bought them out and told everyone things will remain the same dont worry, we cant offer you raises this year but next year, we will take care of everyone... Then we(the contractors) all get the "Merry Christmas hope the job market isnt too bad". So yea, fun stuff. The life of a contractor.

      Pros

      They paid the market rate if you asked for it. Contractors were allowed to work from home, which made for great work-life balance.

      Cons

      No benefits, no overtime pay, no vacation pay, no paid holidays and eventually they just outsourced their entire staff (when Distributel took over the operation). Some staffers were allowed to hang on for a few extra months, but in the end, they got rid of everyone.

      Pros

      I loved working as a Remote IT tech. Great bunch of people to work with and for. Good saleries and bennefits.

      Cons

      Too bad they where baught out by another company that prefers Call Centers over remote IT.
