Remote Work with great people who are experts in the industry Great Peer to peer communication and assistance

Leadership is not typical leadership ( no real assistance unless you do something wrong) Lots of level setting for certain management No clear communication from direct management No clear direction from direct management No real training Fear mongering leadership tactics as acknowledged by low level leadership as a “motivator”
