      Flexibility and good non-management teammates.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t provide direction and don’t talk to each other. Constantly say one thing and do another. Make you feel like issues are your fault with no guidance.

      Cool to meet people who are travelling.

      Cons

      LOTS OF TALK. For example; lead with love, FAM JAM, we are all family but it is just that….talk. Very top heavy organization. Everyone wants to be a VP or Director.

      I highly recommend Accent Inns as a place to work. They truly put their people first, listen to and act on feedback.

      As a medium sized BC based business their are limited opportunities in other cities.
