Flexibility and good non-management teammates.

Cons

Management doesn’t provide direction and don’t talk to each other. Constantly say one thing and do another. Make you feel like issues are your fault with no guidance.

We take the performance of our managers and leaders seriously and are constantly trying to ensure we do everything possible to create the best leaders out there. Cool to meet people who are travelling.

Cons

LOTS OF TALK. For example; lead with love, FAM JAM, we are all family but it is just that….talk. Very top heavy organization. Everyone wants to be a VP or Director.
