8yI'm sorry you didn't have a good experience with Acima. Our Area Sales Managers (ASMs) are very important to us and, contrary to what you posted, we do a good job of providing clear attainable performance requirements and supporting the ASMs in achieving those requirements.
We have put a great deal of effort into defining the production volume of an ASM, and we've set those findings as our monthly performance requirements. We have found that if an ASM puts in the effort these requirements are easily attained. In fact, in August 2017, 89% of ASM's hit their production requirements. The average ASM also hit 133% of their requirements.
We definitely expect a lot of all our employees, but we don't set anything outside their reach. Those who are successful have a great experience, make good money, and do a lot to contribute to our success.
