I have been working at Rent-A-Center full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I am given the opportunity to work than 40 hours. I can fully support myself and work my way up in the company. I have benefits like my 401k, and I get holidays off.

    Cons

Some people want the help to slowly improve their lives financially, without credit, while some people have no shame... The people with no shame cause a lot of stress to themselves and the company.
Also, the job is hard work, some people complain about that. find a job at a gas station?

    Advice to Management

Fix the processing speed of SIMS, Train employees better so they do not look stupid acting unprofessionally. I am interested in the company's' HRM...
