It was a typical interview first with manager then with district manager. The second interview was more intense than the first one. Be prepared to answer a variety of questions a little more outside than the norm questions asked.

The three-day conference brought together District Managers from all lines of business, where they networked, heard from FSC Senior Leadership, and learned together in breakout sessions and workshops.
