      Pros

      Most of the shop employees are down to earth.

      Cons

      Under paid. Under valued. Upper management dose not seem to care about the shop employees. Raises are not even at cost of living increases. If you get a raise at all.

      I completely agree we have some of the most down to earth shop employees - they are a great group! As for the feeling of being under-paid, that is a frustrating feeling- I'm sorry. We are constantly evaluating our pay rates to ensure we are paying fairly and competitively with annual increases, incentive programs, benefit programs, etc. I'm sorry it didn't fit your needs.

      Exposure to all parts of the business

      Cons

      Systems are extremely out of date and disconnected and the board is unwilling to invest in IT infrastructure creating a mass amount of technical debt.
